All ticket sales to H2O Water Park are final. Once a ticket has been purchased and issued, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances. We strongly encourage guests to confirm their plans before completing their purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

H2O Water Park does not offer refunds due to:

• Weather conditions
• Change of plans
• Failure to attend on the selected date

In the rare event that the park is closed due to unforeseen circumstances or operational issues, management may offer rescheduling options at its sole discretion, but this does not constitute a right to a refund.
